Our story
From Maruja's hands
to Paula's.
Once upon a time there was a little girl who learned to cook by watching her grandmother. Watching her hands. Listening to the sound of the mixer at seven in the morning. Smelling the sponge cake that always smelled the same, and always tasted like home.
That little girl is Paula. And her grandmother was Maruja. And even though Maruja is no longer with us, she's still here — in every note card we put in the boxes, in every recipe we take from the same old notebook, every time someone closes their eyes at the first bite and says "this reminds me of something."

Do you make gluten-free or lactose-free cakes?
We work by hand and many of our products can be adapted. You can check the information for each product on our allergens page, with a search tool and filters for gluten-free and lactose-free. For a custom cake, just let us know when ordering and we'll confirm the options available.
How far in advance do I need to order a custom cake?
Custom cakes require at least 5 days' notice and advance payment to reserve your date. You can design your cake and see the price instantly with our calculator, then confirm it via WhatsApp.
Do you deliver?
You can pick up your order at our bakery on Calle Hermes, 10 (Teatinos, Málaga) at no cost. If you'd rather have it delivered, we deliver within Málaga city for €10, and you can also find us on Glovo. If you're a business, get in touch.
How can I place an order?
Our daily products (Marujitas, Vasitos, sweet treats, sandwiches) are ordered online for pickup, via WhatsApp or directly in store. Custom cakes are designed with the calculator and also confirmed via WhatsApp.
Do you cater for businesses or events?
Yes. We supply desserts to more than 50 businesses across Málaga and prepare cakes for birthdays, weddings, communions and corporate events. Message us on WhatsApp or visit our Businesses section.
Where are you located and what are your opening hours?
We're on Calle Hermes, 10 · Teatinos-Universidad · 29010 Málaga. We're open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 12:30 and 16:30 to 20:30. We're closed on Sundays.
