Allergens in everything
we bake.

Here's the allergen information for our entire menu, flavour by flavour. We take it straight from our recipes and the bakehouse's HACCP food-safety control. Because eating well also means eating with peace of mind. 🤍

📖 The 14 allergens that must be declared by law

These are the allergens that, by law, every food business must declare. We mark which ones each product contains.

🔎 Filter by what you want to avoid:

These filters exclude anything the product has in its recipe. If it may have traces of the allergen you're avoiding, because of the shared bakehouse, we don't hide it or assume it's safe: we flag it all the same on its card. More about cross-contamination ↓

Our commitment

We comply with everything, and we tell you about it.

At LaMaruja we don't improvise: every recipe is documented and every allergen is traced from the ingredient to the counter. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always tell us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

📋

HACCP system

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system in place at the bakehouse. Allergen control at every stage.

🧾

Real traceability

The allergens come from our suppliers' technical data sheets and from the exact recipe of each product.

⚖️

EU regulations

Information compliant with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.

⚠️ Important: all our products are made in the same bakehouse where cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soya, tree nuts and sulphites are handled. Because of this, even if a product doesn't include an allergen in its recipe, we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces. The "no…" filters are based on declared ingredients, not on a guaranteed absence. For any serious allergy, please check with us directly.
