Accessibility statement

1. Compliance status

This website (lamarujabakery.es) is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which we use as a reference. Partially compliant means some parts meet them and others do not yet; the ones that do not are listed in section 3.

2. How we made this assessment

This is a self-assessment. It is based on automated tests (Lighthouse) and on manual checks made in a browser during an internal review of the website in October 2026. It is not based on an external audit or on any certification.

3. What is not yet accessible

• Order form (/encargar/). It is designed for mobile and does not let you zoom the page with a pinch gesture. Text and fields use a size that can be read without zooming, but this is a known limitation.
• Order form, keyboard. In the October 2026 review we saw that, when the form loads, keyboard focus can land on a heading instead of on the "Skip to content" link. It has been identified and is pending a fix.
• Colour contrast. In the same review we found orange text with low contrast on some backgrounds. We have corrected it on the informational pages of the website, but an individual element may still have been missed.
• Google map. The map is provided by Google and its accessibility depends on them. That is why the address (Calle Hermes, 10, Teatinos, Málaga) and the link to the Google Maps listing are also given as text.

4. Alternatives

If something on the website does not work for you, you can place your order by WhatsApp (+34 614 618 479) or at the bakehouse, Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 12:30 and 16:30 to 20:30.

5. Tell us if you find a barrier

Write to us at info@lamarujabakery.es and tell us which page it was, what you were trying to do and which device or assistive technology you use. We will reply as soon as we can and, if it can be fixed, we will fix it.
